May 31st to June 3rd
Thank to everyone for coming out and thanks for Stephen and Joel for all their work.
Coming soon.
More pictures.
Thursday, May 31:
Well it was a good time at KilKare and a good time had
at Cadillac Jacks. Lets just say that what happens at Cadillac Jacks stays there. Whether it's venturing into whether or not
the waitress is very "open" or singing karaoke with DSM owners. Far as the Supras on the track everyone seemed to be having
a good time. It was nice to see some of the cars out and running. Lots of fun had with some of our friends from the DSM side
of things and a nice ls1 rx7. So far it has been a decent turn out! *Ricksters report
Friday, June 1: Day 2: More fun had by all!
Glad
to see more people deciding to dyno and one of the best showings we've had in the past few years! It was nice to see everyone
out and having three people from Indianapolis and two from Kentucky. I believe we had about 6 cars dyno, including Howard
and Dale. (I can't remember the others names sorry) Also a big thanks goes to Precision Autosports for once again hosting
us and Jeff was just as helpful as he always is. For those that didn't know Jeff donated a portion of each dyno to the children's
charity! Their was even a Panoz Roadster there for everyone to gawk over.
Part 2:
So then came quaker steak
and lube, another blast although the dsm guys weren't in full force, Joel from the dsm world kept things pretty lively as
well as much conversation about cowboy hats and spending about an hour in the parking lot. *Ricksters

Day 3: Supras invade Columbus.
Unfortunately
due to some unseen circumstances we decided not to do the rally this year. Instead we turned the rally into a cruise from
Eastwood Metropark to the Englewood dam. Then leaving Englewood to Dave and Busters and to hangout with RaceClub in Columbus.
The Show and Shine went very well. Lots of money was made for the Children's hospital. The raffle went off without
a hitch and pretty much everyone I believe left with something.
Show and Shine awards: Best MKII: Joel D. Best
MKIII: Jim J. Best MKIV: Howard W. Best Non-Supra: Nick H. Toyota Cressida
Dyno and Track awards: Fastest 1/4 time: Dale K. Highest HP MKII: Joel D. Highest
HP MKIII: Dale K. Highest HP MKIV: Howard W. Highest HP Overall: Howard W.
Off to Columbus...
Grabbing
food at Dave and Busters and meeting up with some members from Columbus was a blast. We managed to keep ourselves pretty controlled
compared to how our other outings had been in the past few days. After dinner we met up with Race Club and managed to see
some very nice twin turbo vettes, and a srt10 Viper. Was a blast being able to see the cars in full tilt. Of course who could
also forget the e30 BMW with a 5.0L turbo'd stang motor. Special thanks goes out to Howard and RaceClub for the fun. *Ricksters report

Day 4: It's a wrap.
Well the
2007 meet has officially came to a close. Backroading was an amazing time, everyone managed to stay in a group for the most
part and everything went very well. Thanks goes out to our Porsche friend Ron for helping out on showing us around some fun
roads.
Rain and then Off to Marks!
More fun had at another one of Mark's famous bonfires. Avoiding the rain
that occasionally would come down we still managed to get a fire going thanks to our resident 240 owner/pyromaniac Chris.
This for myself was probably one of my favorite parts of the meet. Chris is one funny guy and I'm sure the stories about the
arbys logo just being a effed up sandwich v. a hat will soon work their way around. Much fun had by all and I'd like to thank
Steven and Joel for putting on a great meet! Now plans will start for 2008 but in order to have a better meet we need all
of you guys to continue your support and try to bring people with you. If every person could just get 1 supra to come with
them, that would double the size of the meet. See you guys next year! (and of course at the mini meets) *Ricksters Report
